MANILA, Philippines — The House of Representatives’ committee on justice has approved its committee report on the two impeachment complaints against Vice President Sara Duterte, with the panel recommending her removal from office after finding probable cause. During the committee on justice’s hearing on Monday, Deputy Speaker David Suarez moved to approve the amended report which also contains the articles of impeachment against the Vice President.
