MANILA, Philippines — The House of Representatives’ Committee on Justice has approved its report on the two impeachment complaints against Vice President Sara Duterte, recommending her removal from office after determining there is probable cause. During the committee on justice’s hearing on Monday, Deputy Speaker David Suarez moved to approve the amended report, which also contains the articles of impeachment against the vice president.
