"Poland's Donald Tusk and his host Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan were seen doing 'heart' signs with their hands to reporters, during arrivals at the 'European Political Community' summit in Yerevan on Monday. The pair famously appear to have a close friendship and have previously gone viral for the same gesture. They livestreamed during Pashinyan's visit to Poland in February, doing the 'hearts', embracing and listening to 'Snap' by Armenian Eurovision loser Rosa Linn - who came 20th of 26 in the 2022 competition. The EPC includes around 50 EU and non-EU countries - EU member states, the UK, Ukraine and Western Balkan states. It's widely seen as the 'brainchild' of France's Emmanuel Macron, formed shortly after the outbreak of the Russia-Ukraine conflict in 2022."
