TACLOBAN CITY — Damage was reported in several parts of Eastern Visayas after a magnitude 6.0 earthquake struck off San Julian, Eastern Samar, on Monday. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology has downgraded the magnitude of the quake from 6.1 to 6.0.
