MANILA, Philippines — The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) on Monday said it has summoned six more bus operators for failure to provide fare discounts under service contracting program. According to the LTFRB, the show cause orders (SCOs) against the six operators are based on reports that bus conductors of passenger buses have repeatedly failed to provide fare discounts.
