MANILA, Philippines — Two low pressure areas (LPAs) being monitored east of northeastern Mindanao could enter the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) in the coming days, with one expected to cross into the boundary as early as Tuesday and the other developing into a tropical depression, the state weather bureau said.
