MANILA, Philippines – One of two low-pressure areas is likely to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) within the next 24 hours, the weather bureau said Tuesday. One LPA is near the boundary of PAR and has a slim chance of developing into a tropical cyclone, Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) weather specialist Veronica Torres said.
