Nationwide search for outstanding Filipino (Tofil Awards) launched

CALASIAO, Pangasinan — The JCI Senate Philippines has launched the nationwide search for the Outstanding Filipino (TOFIL) Awards, which recognize men and women aged 41 and above whose exemplary achievements are deemed worthy of emulation.
