Marcos to welcome Paraguay president during PH visit on May 11

MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. is set to welcome President Santiago Peña Palacios of the Republic of Paraguay for an official visit on May 11, during which they are expected to discuss measures to enhance cooperation and promote mutual development, the Presidential Communications Office (PCO) said on Tuesday. Upon his arrival, Peña will be accorded official honors at the Malacañan Palace, where he and Marcos will hold a bilateral meeting to explore avenues for strategic partnership.
