I promise I haven’t been stalking Bono but, with us both being denizens of SoCoDu, I guess when he’s not jetting around the world he comes down to earth and eats in my local restaurants. This time I was in Cavistons Seafood Restaurant in Glasthule where apparently he’d been the previous Saturday night and was joined in song by the irrepressible Peter Caviston, who’s every bit as much a showman as he is a star of the food world.
