New gas-and-run case takes place in Quezon City

MANILA, Philippines — Another “gas-and-run” case was recorded by the police in Quezon City after an unidentified male individual, aboard a blue sedan, had his car loaded with P1,500 worth of fuel at a gas station there but drove away without paying.
