Kohinoor Textile Mills Limited announced on Tuesday key appointments in the company. The mills shared the development in a notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange today. It announced that the board had re-appointed Tariq Sayeed Saigol as Chairman, being a Non-Executive Director. The notice further said that Taufique Sayeed Saigol was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the company for the next term of three years, effective May 01, 2026. Kohinoor Textile Mills Limited is a public limited company incorporated in Pakistan under the Companies Act, 1913. The principal activity of the company is the manufacturing of yarn and cloth, processing and stitching the cloth and the trade of textile products.
