MANILA, Philippines — There appears to be a shake-up in the membership of political parties in the House of Representatives, with different sources saying — and admitting — that lawmakers have left once-ruling party Lakas-CMD for either the National Unity Party (NUP) and the Partido Federal ng Pilipinas (PFP).
