MANDAUE CITY, Cebu – Mandaue City is moving to make its scholarship program more efficient and accessible, with plans to simplify the release of financial assistance to student beneficiaries. City officials, representatives from schools, and scholarship beneficiaries gathered on Tuesday, May 5, for a consultative workshop. They discussed ways to enhance the Mandaue City Scholarship Program, including a policy review. Mandaue City Administrator Atty.
