Hop On to hold meetings to update Wang Fuk residents

The management company appointed to oversee affairs at Wang Fuk Court following a deadly inferno announced on Wednesday it will hold two sessions later this month to update homeowners on the estate's situation. Hop On Management said the sessions, to be conducted online on May 12 and 20, will cover the financial situation of the owners' corporation, and arrangements for various refunds. They will also offer an assessment of the current condition and scope of repair works for the only block not affected by the fire. Hop On noted that no votes will be held at the sessions, adding an owners’ general meeting will be arranged if any issues require voting later. Up to two homeowners from each unit can attend either one of the meetings, and they have to register at least two days in advance. Those who successfully secure a spot will be notified by SMS up to two days after registration. Edited by Aaron Tam
