CABARROGUIS, QUIRINO, Philippines — A nine-hour blaze gutted a gasoline trader’s compound and razed five dump trucks and one ground tanker in Dipintin, Maddela, Quirino on Monday. Senior Fire Officer 4 Joas Bulayang of the Maddela fire station reported on Tuesday that the fire started at 2 p.m. and was declared to have been put out at past 11 p.m. Due to the large extent of the fire, fire stations from nearby San Agustin and Santiago City in Isabela sent fire trucks to help in containing the blaze.
