MANILA, Philippines – Tropical Storm Hagupit (international name) is moving westward over the sea south of Guam and may enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) over the weekend, the weather bureau said Thursday. In its 5 a.m. advisory, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said as of 4 a.m., the center of the tropical storm was estimated at 1,995 km. east of northeastern Mindanao.
