Driver in third Quezon City gas-and-run case surrenders

MANILA, Philippines — The driver of a grayish-blue Toyota Vios that allegedly sped away without paying for P1,500 worth of fuel at a gas station in Quezon City surrendered to police on Wednesday night. This was confirmed by Quezon City Police District (QCPD) spokesperson Maj. Jennifer Gannaban to the Inquirer in a text message on Thursday morning.
