CONSOLACION, Cebu – Dogs always have a way of melting people’s hearts. On the Virgin Island in Bantayan, a Corgi named Chappy has been capturing the attention of visitors because of his heartwarming way of saying goodbye to tourists leaving the island. In a video uploaded by Marthe Wenzel Baruc, Chappy was seen tugging on a boat’s anchor rope, as if trying to stop the visitors from going home.
