LAPU-LAPU CITY, Cebu — A motorcycle rider and his back rider were killed in after their vehicle slammed onto a van along the national road in Barangay Pitalo, San Fernando, Cebu early Thursday morning, May 7. The fatalities were identified as a 16-year-old motorcycle driver from Barangay South Poblacion, San Fernando, and his 18-year-old back rider, also a resident of the same barangay.
