Cyberlibel raps vs ex-Pangasinan solon, radio personality dismissed

DAGUPAN CITY, Pangasinan – The City Prosecution Office here has dismissed the cyberlibel, slander, and other charges filed by a local vlogger against former Pangasinan 4th District Rep. Christopher de Venecia and radio personality Violy Valdez Ferrer. The resolution of the case, docketed as NPS 1-10-INV-251-00368, included charges of grave threats, perjury, falsification, obstruction of justice, and contempt. It was dated March 31, but respondents received the document only on Thursday.
