MANILA, Philippines — The clash between the Department of Energy (DOE) and businessman-turned- politician Leandro Leviste continues, with energy chief Sharon Garin elevating the agency’s complaint to the Department of Justice. Garin filed a complaint against Leviste and several directors of Solar Para sa Bayan Corp.
