Curlee Discaya back in Senate detention after surgery

MANILA, Philippines — Government contractor Pacifico “Curlee” Discaya was returned to the Senate detention facility on Thursday after undergoing surgery. In a message to reporters, Senate Secretary Mark Mendoza said Discaya arrived at the Senate to continue his recovery. “Nakabalik na kaninang umaga si Mr. Discaya sa Senate, he is OK and was cleared by his doctors to continue his recovery sa Senate,” Mendoza stated.
