Lazaro urges Asean`agility' to address Middle East crisis

LAPU-LAPU CITY, CEBU — The Association of Southeast Asian Nations (Asean) needs to navigate with “agility” the impact of the conflict in the Middle East on the region, while staying committed to its key regional priorities.
