NITI Aayog proposes measures to enhance quality of schools in India; puts larger onus on states

In its report on ‘School Education System in India: Temporal Analysis and Policy Roadmap for Quality Enhancement’, the Aayog has mooted 13 recommendations, including eight systemic changes and five institutional changes that can help India achieve its vision of quality education for its children.
