DOST’s Solidum highest paid Cabinet exec in 2025 — COA

MANILA, Philippines — Department of Science and Technology (DOST) chief Renato Solidum was the highest paid Cabinet member in 2025, according to the Commission on Audit’s (COA) annual Report on Salaries and Allowances (Rosa) for calendar year 2025 released on its website on Wednesday. Solidum earned a total pay of P6,660,249.89 last year. His income has increased compared to P6.38 million in 2024, and P6.06-million in 2023, when he was also declared as a top earner.  The second highest earner in the Cabinet was former Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla at P5.97 million.
