Concepcion: MSMEs in PH hardest hit by Middle East crisis

LAPU-LAPU CITY, Cebu — For the Asean-Business Advisory Council (BAC) the micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the country remain among the sectors most affected by global crises, stressing the need for stronger government and private sector support to help small businesses survive.
