While a release date still isn't clear, Apple's AI-enhanced AirPods with cameras may be closer to release than recently rumored, but later than original rumors about the product expected. New AirPods Pro with cameras are expected to look like AirPods Pro 3, shown here The report by Bloomberg's Mark Gurman on Thursday afternoon claims that there are prototypes with a near-final design working and being tested. They are said to be in the design validation (DVT) testing stage. DVT is the second to last step before production, with the phase of testing generally lasting three to six months.
