Karen Bass called on to end MacArthur Park free needle program after DEA raids

Norm Langer, the owner of Langer’s Delicatessen in downtown Los Angeles, said he was “thrilled” the FBI raided MacArthur Park, and called out Mayor Karen Bass for turning the area into a “drug haven” with a city funded program that hands out needles and pipes to those on the streets.
