Teodoro blasts China over criticism of Japan role in Balikatan exercises

MANILA, Philippines — Defense Secretary Gilberto Teodoro Jr. on Friday slammed China’s criticism of Japan’s participation in the Balikatan drills, and accused Beijing of hypocrisy and regional coercion.
