Hanoi proposes sharp increase in street, sidewalk parking fees

The Hanoi People’s Committee has proposed raising fees for the temporary use of roads and sidewalks for vehicle parking to as much as VND400,000 (US$15.2) per square meter per month, covering both cars and motorbikes.
