Enough is enough: SC raps MP government for delay in prosecuting minister over Col Sofiya Qureshi remark

The Supreme Court has strongly criticized the Madhya Pradesh government for delaying a decision on prosecuting minister Kunwar Vijay Shah. Shah made objectionable remarks against Colonel Sofiya Qureshi. The court stated the decision should have been made weeks ago. The Special Investigation Team had requested sanction to prosecute the minister.
