TSMC, Sony Semiconductor Solutions plan image sensor JV in Kumamoto

Taipei, May 9 (CNA) Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (TSMC) and Sony Semiconductor Solutions Corp. have announced plans to set up a joint venture in Kumamoto, Japan to develop image sensors.
