Brussels Cathedral acknowledges stained-glass windows are anti-Semitic

The Archbishop of Mechelen – Brussels Luc Terlinden has unveiled a new plaque in the St Michael’s and St Gudula’s Cathedral in Brussels acknowledging the anti-Semitic nature of ‘The Sacrament of the Miracle’. This is a legend depicted on the cathedral’s stained-glass windows and has been the subject of criticism for many years. The ceremony took place in the presence of the Chief Rabbi of Brussels Albert Guigui.
