A tragic accident on the IIT-Patna campus claimed the life of 21-year-old BTech student Sadasivuni Harshith Patnaik. While retrieving a cricket ball, he was electrocuted by a live electric pole. Harshith, a dual degree student at IIM Bombay, had returned to attend his batchmates' farewell. The institute expressed deep sorrow and is investigating the incident.
