Kyrgyzstan’s external debt-to-GDP ratio reaches 23.64 percent in 2025

As of December 31, 2025, the ratio of Kyrgyzstan’s state external debt to preliminary GDP stood at 23.64 percent, while of the total state debt, including domestic debt, reached 39.45 percent. The data was presented in the annual report on the execution of the national budget of the Kyrgyz Republic submitted to the Zhogorku Kenesh.
