Detroit fugitive accused of murder captured in Panama after more than 30 years

Richard Werstine, also known as Joseph Alan Stavros, was wanted in the 1993 killing of his roommate, Rodney Barger, in Detroit. Authorities say Werstine skipped trial and disappeared for more than 30 years.
