VALENCIA CITY, Bukidnon — Bukidnon 3rd District Rep. Audrey Tan-Zubiri abstained from voting on the impeachment complaint against Sara Duterte on Monday, citing respect for the constitutional process due to the possible role of her husband, Juan Miguel Zubiri, as a senator-judge in the impeachment court. Tan-Zubiri said she chose not to vote to avoid prejudicing or preempting her husband’s vote should the Senate convene as an impeachment court.
