MANILA, Philippines — Malacañang neither confirmed nor denied a possible shakeup yet again of the Cabinet of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. In a briefing on Tuesday, Palace press officer Claire Castro said there was no information yet on the alleged changes involving some Cabinet members.
