Through the GPS tracker of an e-bike, numerous burglaries in Vienna and Lower Austria were solved. A stolen bicycle was located in the Czech Republic with the help of the transmitter. The transport with stolen goods, including e-bikes, e-scooters, and a trailer with a mini excavator, was stopped. A 41-year-old Pole confessed to the crimes according to a police report on Tuesday and is in pre-trial detention. Three other suspects denied the allegations. The damage amounts to approximately 130,000 euros.
