MANILA, Philippines — Actions taken by online channel Peanut Gallery Media Network (PGMN) — posing as journalists but allegedly using their content to extort money — only damages the hard work undertaken by legitimate news outlets, Tingog party-list Rep. Jude Acidre said on Tuesday.
