TABUK CITY, Kalinga — Police arrested a motorcycle rider for not wearing a helmet and later found P1.2 million worth of shabu and assorted bullets in his possession during an “Oplan Sita” operation in Pinukpuk, Kalinga, on Sunday, May 10, according to a police report. The rider, who had a passenger, was flagged down for breaching the town ordinance requiring the use of helmets, said Capt. Tyrone Balanay, Pinukpuk’s acting police chief.
