Cheng camp says defense received CCTV, affidavits

CEBU CITY, Philippines — The prosecution in the Kingston Ralph Cheng hit-and-run case disputed claims that the defense failed to receive key case documents, saying court records and receiving copies showed that lawyers for the accused had obtained judicial affidavits and CCTV footage weeks before Tuesday’s hearing.
