QUEZON, Bukidnon — Once heavily dependent on sugarcane, pineapple, and corn, the town of Quezon in Bukidnon is now reshaping its agricultural economy through crop diversification and expanded rural infrastructure, as local officials push to shield farmers from market instability and rising transport costs.
