Beauty queen-turned-journalist Athena Imperial has filed complaints for acts of lasciviousness and gender-based sexual harassment against her former GMA colleague Nico Waje before the Office of the City Prosecutor in Quezon City on Wednesday, May 13. Imperial accused Waje of violating Article 336 of the Revised Penal Code, which covers acts of lasciviousness, as well as Republic Act No. 11313 or the Safe Spaces Act, which penalizes gender-based sexual harassment.
