CEBU CITY, Philippines — Around 1.6 kilograms of alleged shabu were confiscated during a buy-bust operation conducted by the PNP Drug Enforcement Group Special Operations Unit (SOU)-7 along C. Padilla Street in Barangay Duljo Fatima, Cebu City, at around 1 a.m. on Wednesday, May 13, 2026. Authorities also arrested the subject of the operation, identified as Laurence Tolibas Sinadhan, 50, married, unemployed, and a resident of Sitio Laguna, B.
