LAHORE - Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif on Wednesday approved multi-billion-rupee development projects across Punjab under the district development plan, directing commissioners to ensure visible improvement on the ground and warning officials against “eyewash” instead of actual performance.
