Collection of PUV terminal fees at PITX suspended for 3 months

MANILA, Philippines—The Department of Transportation (DOTr) on Thursday announced that the collection of terminal fees at the Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) will be suspended for three months starting on May 18. In a statement, DOTr said the suspension will cover all public utility vehicles (PUVs) that use PITX, which includes city and provincial buses, modern and traditional public utility jeepneys, UV Express vehicles and taxis.
