MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine National Police – Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (PNP-CIDG) will issue a new subpoena if there is official confirmation that Sen. Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa had left the Senate premises early Thursday morning, the PNP said.
