Hosaka returns as GCG commissioner after ICI stint

MANILA, Philippines — Former Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) executive director Brian Keith Hosaka has rejoined the Governance Commission for GOCCs (GCG) as a commissioner. Hosaka took his oath as GCG commissioner in a ceremony presided over by Executive Secretary Ralph Recto in Malacañang on Wednesday. The Office of the Executive Secretary confirmed this in a statement on Thursday. Hosaka was first appointed as GCG commissioner by President Ferdinand R.
